Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days across the United States and Canada.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier delays
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened products may be exchanged within 7–20 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace the item at no cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
